Payment – Hats Off Handmade Headwear accepts Credit Card and PayPal payments. Please be aware that there is always an inherent risk associated with transmitting any piece of information across the internet.

Privacy – Hats Off Handmade Headwear values and respects the privacy of this website’s visitors. Any personal information collected (by email, telephone or other service) will be kept strictly private and confidential, and will not be on-forwarded or sold to any third parties, or added to any mailing lists for any reason, without your express consent. Any electronic contact with Hats Off Handmade Headwear will only be used for the intended purpose of providing millinery services to you.

Copyright – Copyright of all content displayed on this website, and the millinery design of the pieces on this website, reside and remain with Hats Off Handmade Headwear, unless otherwise specified, even after a piece is sold. The partial or full reproduction of this website, and the distribution or dissemination of any material contained on this website, is hereby prohibited.

Colours - The colours of pieces are depicted, and described, as accurately as possible. However, lighting, monitor/ screen calibrations, image enhancement, and/or how each individual interprets a colour may alter the appearance of that colour. If you have any queries regarding a colour in an image, please contact Hats Off Handmade Headwear to discuss, and have further images sent through, prior to placing an online order. 

Gift Vouchers – Gift Vouchers are available to purchase as an item in the store, at different amounts, and can be paid for in the same way as any other item. An email confirmation of purchase of the Gift Voucher will be sent detailing the use of the Voucher. Note, all Vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless by special arrangement.

Bespoke / Custom Orders – All Custom Orders require a lead time of between 4-6 weeks, although a shorter time frame may be possible. Please advise when you need a piece to be completed by. Custom Orders require an initial deposit payment of $150.00, which is an additional charge to the final amount of the purchased piece. This amount covers consultation and styling advice. Any alterations made to the piece after its completion will incur any additional charge to cover labour and materials.

Returns – All sales on this website are final. No returns and/or refunds will be accepted.

Shipping – Shipping is available worldwide. Purchases may be collected in person, or by own courier, from our Melbourne location, or will be sent via Courier or Australia Post. Shipping will be charged additionally and separately. Note, all parcels are covered by insurance to the value of AUD $100. Should you required additional insurance, please contact Hats Off Handmade Headwear to organize alternative shipping arrangements, which may alter standard delivery charges.
